Ice Cream is another favorite, smooth creamy and sweet— people choose ice cream when they want to be soothed and comforted.

Halloran asks Danny if he wants some ice cream telepathically, as Danny is in front of an array of visual messaging.

He asks Jack and Wendy if Danny can have ice cream outloud and takes him by the hand.

Yet in No.19, we see the results of the treat having already be eaten.

This is a visual embodiment of “Say like somebody burns toast”. We see the ice cream on Danny’s face, but we do not watch him eat it. The act has already taken place.
