For the purpose of this project, I’ve treated the word “reflection” as anything that references something else. In doing so, it creates a connection between the two things.
Danny and his bear pillow are a reflection.
Jack saying “Five months of peace is just what I want” and then later “Here’s to five miserable months on the wagon” is a reflection.

Using X and Y reflection as No.2 but adding a Z axis reflection creates another layer on an already layered composition. The system and structure of how things repeat are clear, but the things repeating are a reference to a reference.
