Truth + Fantasy is a theme that show itself in a few ways:

It’s also embedded in No.48’s Room 237 sequence with the naked woman being the classic male fantasy and the reality is.. disgusting.
There’s also No.47’s scene with Lloyd. What we see is blocked, the reflection of the mirror is filled with glasses, but what we hear is Jack’s admittance of being a violent drunk around his young son and the rift it has caused in his marriage.
