A way to organize a connection through styling.
Having the Boulder Kitchen styled as the scenes shown in Summer of 42 (during No.40), The Living Quarters and The Gold Room (both styled pink and gold), the curtain within The Living Quarters and the carpet within Room 237 (not the same color, but the same pattern) connects the spaces, the scenes, and the things that happen within them.
Similarly, the hallway to The Lobby and the hallway leading to The Gold Room are styled close but not exact. The curtains in the Lobby hallway are the same as the pattern in the Gold Room hallway. This gives a sense of these spaces being connect but we can’t say that they are.
